TWEED, one of the most successful office developments in the Brussels-Capital Region was born when Rachid Chami, CEO of Queens' Lane, acquired the project from Kairos in 2012. Thanks to a close collaboration between MACAN Development, AG Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield, the office space was delivered in 2020, sold to BNP Paribas REIM in the last quarter of 2021 and is fully leased since the end of 2022.

BNP Paribas REIM Belgium, on behalf of Next Estate Income Fund III (NEIF III), and CDC Investissement Immobilier, on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts, have recently acquired, in a joint venture with AG Real Estate & Macan Laine Holding, all the shares of Immobilière de la Laine, which owns the Tweed project, a new 16,000 sq.m. office building located in Brussels.

The AG Real Estate group (on behalf of its parent company AG Insurance) and Macan Laine Holding SRL (represented by Macan Development SA and Queen's Lane Properties SA), each owners of 50% of the shares, have sold all the shares of Immobilière de la Laine, the owner of the Tweed project, to a Luxembourg fund in joint venture with a French public financial institution.

Brussels-based investor Queen's Lane Properties has sold a modern and well-located residential building in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek to Antwerp-based investor Buysse & Partners.
